12 lbs Thomas fawcet Maris otter malt

3.5 oz east Kent goldings hops (mash)
Mashed in at 125fish raised to 152 f accidentally boiled mash prior to cooling to 170 f and sparging
35 ibu magnum hops
16.5 Plato og
English ale yeast from stout
Bottled with 1 oz challenger hops

9 lbs Thomas fawcet Maris otter malt

1lb roasted barley
2oz aromatic malt
3 oz east Kent goldings hops (mash)
Mashed in in the 110-115 f range raised to 145ish then to 155 and out at 168f
30 ibu magnum hops 13.3 alpha
English ale yeast
13.8 Plato og
Boil was rough due to high winds and cold temps

2.25 oz east Kent goldings and some leftover German magnum (mash)
Mashed in around 120f then raised to 156. Mashed out at 170f
35 ibu magnum hops 90 min boil
17.3 Plato og
Reuse English ale yeast

not certain what the dark malts were to start this one but going for best guess

12 lbs Thomas fawcet Maris otter malt
8oz black patent malt? Think so
8 oz chocolate malt….but could be roasted barley
3 oz aromatic malt
3 oz east Kent goldings hops (mash)
The mash in was high at 140f. Raised to 149ish then to 156 before mashing out around 170f
30 ibu magnum hops 90 min boil
Re used English ale yeast 002
