13.75 lbs Thomas fawcet Maris otter malt 

4 oz pacific jade hops ( mash)
Mashed in at 140 f this time. Mashed out around 164 f in big cooler
First use English ale yeast 002
50 ibu magnum hops 90 min boir
19.4 Plato og
Bottle hopped with 1 oz pacific jade

4 oz German aromatic malt
3 oz east Kent goldings (mash)
Step mash slowly raising into mid 150s
30 ibu 13.3 German magnum

1 oz Soriachi ace hops (mash)
3 oz east Kent goldings hops (mash)
Step mash with mash in at 120 f raised to 145, 152, 160, then out at 170
