3 oz 80 lov crystal
12 oz both chocolate and black patent malts
1 oz willamette US fuggle as well as 1/2 oz EastKent Goldings (mash)
Mashed in at 120F and raised to 152 held for 40 mins raised to 158 then mashed out 168

45 ibu Northern Brewer 90min boil

Mashed in at 120 F and raised slowly to about 152 F masfed out 170ish
60 IBU 12.4 alpha magnum hops 90 min boil

Bottled with remaining 1.5 oz cascade/centennial combo
Unfortunately the spring went dry at Jenny Jump so back to older methods of 50/50 store bought and tap water
