3 oz tetnager hops (mash)
mashed in around 120 F then raised in steps to 155 F then out at 168F
35 IBU German Magnum 14.1 alpha 90 min boil

120 F mash in and stepped into the 150’s with a 168 F mash out

75 IBU Nugget hops, 1.5 oz, 90 min Boil

Notingham Dry yeast starter

1 oz Nugs for bottling
