10 lbs Avangard Pale 2 row malt
3/4 lbs Chocolate malt
1.25 lb Raspberries (with some wine berries mixed in)

Mashed in around 120F raised into 150’s then out at 168

90 min boil, 25 IBU german Magnum

3 oz Tettnager hops (mash)

mashed in 120’s raised to 150’s

70 IBU German Magnum/ Experimental hop 90 min boil

18.4 plato OG

S4 starter (english ale)

1 oz Saaz and 1 oz Tettnang for bottling

Mashed in at 122 F and let stand then raised to 150 then 155 then out at 170

1/2 oz Summit hops, 16.1 alpha 35 IBU 90 min boil

A tribute to Nugget Hops

13 lbs Avangard Two Row Pale malt
5 oz Nugget Hops (mash)

120 F mash in and stepped into the 150’s with a 168 F mash out

75 IBU Nugget hops, 1.5 oz, 90 min Boil

Notingham Dry yeast starter

1 oz Nugs for bottling

mashed in low 120’s set 10 mins raised in steps to 150’s. 2 decoctions

20 ibu german magnum hops 90 min boil

re used white labs hefe 4 yeast from hefe weizenbock

Did a mash in at 120f+ and let rest raised to 150f and rested then did 3 decoctions to raise to 169 f 
30 ibu magnum 90 min boil
20.2 Plato og!!!!

Mashed in in 100 teens and raised to 130s then to 150 then 160ish 2 decoctions then a third to get to 168f
30 ibu combo magnum and Saaz hops 90 min boil
